About the Role

We are seeking a Packaging Development Manager to lead the end-to-end development and execution of innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable packaging solutions that enhance our brand and meet both functional and aesthetic requirements. This role will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Procurement, Operations, and Quality to bring packaging concepts from design through commercialization.

  • Lead the development, testing, and validation of new primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging for new product launches and existing product improvements.
  • Manage packaging projects from concept to production, ensuring compliance with brand, technical, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Development to Drive continuous improvement in packaging performance, sustainability, and operational efficiency.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree of Engineering, Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in packaging development, preferably within FMCG, food & beverage, cosmetics, or manufacturing industries.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and supplier management skills
