Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Medical Representative to join our team on behalf of a global leader in the nutrition and health science sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting evidence-based nutrition products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and allied medical practitioners.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about health, have strong interpersonal skills, and are results-driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to healthcare professionals in your assigned territory to promote products through ethical medical detailing.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key decision-makers.
- Provide accurate and scientific product information, including indications, benefits, and relevant clinical research.
- Execute territory business plans and strategies to meet sales targets and coverage objectives.
- Organize and participate in medical events, round table discussions, and continuing professional development activities.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine approach.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company guidelines on ethical promotion.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and activity reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Nutrition, or any allied health science course (REQUIRED)
- At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or nutrition sales is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, organized, and results-oriented
- Expertise on presenting presentations
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel within assigned areas
- Fresh Graduates are welcome
