Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in BS Marketing, BS Business Administration, or any equivalent course
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant / Operation Admin and/or General Accounting for at least 6 months
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office, especially strong in EXCEL
  • Good organizational skills, hardworking, and can work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent phone and email etiquette
  • Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines
