Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Analyse and understand the requirements received from internal stakeholders

Source candidates through various channels such as emails, job portals, events at vendor locations, and references

Post ads and conduct mass mailing on job portals against skill requirements and locations

Pre-screen and shortlist candidates for client interviews

Schedule candidates with clients and follow up on the same

Negotiate salaries and roll out offers to candidates accordingly

Track the joining dates of selected candidates in the company

Continuously follow up with clients to confirm staffing plans and ensure candidates' needs are met

Prepare reports, handle the complete end-to-end recruitment process, and manage the database

Consistently achieve hiring targets

Required Skills:Strong experience in frontline and lateral hiring

Excellent stakeholder management skills

Ability to create and read dashboards Strong presentation skills
