Work Location: Quezon City

A senior leadership role driving global Investment Operations excellence, overseeing day-to-day delivery while leading a multi-year transformation focused on digitisation, automation, risk mitigation, and scalable shared services. This role partners closely with global stakeholders to modernise operations, improve straight-through processing, and elevate service outcomes across the investment lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Service Delivery
  • Lead global Investment Operations teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day processing and consistent service delivery.
  • Own business relationship management and oversight of global, cross-functional services.
  • Proactively escalate and resolve operational service issues to protect client outcomes.
  • Ensure work is integrated across teams, meeting or exceeding SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
  • Periodically review and refresh service level standards aligned to evolving business needs.
  • Deliver timely KPI, KRI, dashboard, and performance reporting.
Transformation & Continuous Improvement
  • Play a key leadership role in a multi-year transformation agenda focused on digitisation, automation, and straight-through processing.
  • Lead strategic process reviews and develop business cases to prioritise change initiatives.
  • Drive best-practice sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement across global teams.
  • Evolve the operating model toward a scalable, strategic global shared service.
Risk, Governance & Compliance
  • Manage and mitigate operational risk, ensuring timely escalation and effective resolution.
  • Validate operational risk assessments and heat maps.
  • Own audit issue remediation and ensure timely closure.
  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, operating standards, and control environments.
Stakeholder & Client Partnership
  • Act as a trusted business partner to internal stakeholders and service recipients.
  • Establish strong credibility and long-term professional relationships with business partners and customers.
  • Enable structured feedback channels to align expectations, priorities, and service outcomes.
  • Participate in strategic business planning and translate strategy into operational initiatives.
People Leadership
  • Lead, develop, and inspire leaders and teams across multiple geographies.
  • Drive capability uplift through coaching, mentoring, training, and succession planning.
  • Manage hiring, performance, compensation, promotion, and talent development.
  • Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performance culture.

Requirements
Essential Experience & Qualifications
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
  • 8+ years' experience in Investment Operations and/or Wealth Management.
  • Strong end-to-end knowledge across Trade & Cash Management, Asset Servicing, Reconciliations, Investment Accounting, Client Reporting, Data & Performance.
  • Solid understanding of SWIFT standards, onboarding, static data maintenance, and corporate actions.
  • Proven people leadership experience (5+ years) within complex, matrix environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across functions and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong operational risk management and control mindset.
  • Commitment to client service excellence and issue resolution.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience leading transformation, automation, or operating model change.
  • Exposure to global operations across multiple time zones and cultures.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and change delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability within complex financial environments.
  • Certifications such as MBA, CFA, CISI, Six Sigma, Agile/SCRUM (advantageous, not required).
