About the role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Human Resource Officer to join our team at FRÁSEC Ventures Corporation. This full-time position is based in our Calajo-an Minglanilla Cebu office and will play a crucial role in supporting our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding
  • Partner with managers to identify staffing needs, source qualified candidates, and facilitate the hiring process
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency
  • Administer employee benefits and leave programs
  • Assist with employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR data
  • Support the delivery of HR-related training and development opportunities
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, growing organisation, mining or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
  • Proficient in HR information systems and data management
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
