Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Full-Stack Developer located in Taguig. The Senior Full-Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our software solutions. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, writing clean and efficient code, conducting code reviews, and optimizing application performance. The role requires staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure the high quality and security of our products.

Qualifications

Backend:

  • Laravel 12 (latest version)

  • PHP 8.3+

  • Spatie Multi-tenancy package

  • MySQL database

  • Laravel Reverb for real-time communications

Frontend:

  • React 18+ with TypeScript

  • Tailwind CSS

Infrastructure & Tools:

  • Docker containerization

  • Git version control

  • AWS services integrationg such as ECS, S3, etc.

  • 3rd party API integration such as Meta (Facebook, IG), Google (Business Profile), etc.

Backend Expertise (Laravel)

  • 4+ years of Laravel development experience with deep understanding of Laravel features and best practices such as:

  • Eloquent ORM and query optimization

  • Service containers and dependency injection

  • Queue jobs and background processing

  • Mail system and notifications

Multi-Tenancy Architecture

  • Experience with multi-tenant applications and understanding of:

  • Tenant isolation and data segregation

  • Context switching between landlord and tenant databases

  • Spatie Multi-tenancy package (preferred)

  • Subdomain-based tenant identification
