About the role

As the Team Leader (Froyo Artisan) at BLK 513 for Bravefoods Global Holdings Inc.', you will be responsible for leading a team of passionate individuals in crafting delightful frozen yogurt experiences for customers. This full-time role is based in Glorietta 1, Makati City, Metro Manila and offers the opportunity to play a key part in the growth and success of a dynamic company in the Food and Beverages Industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the frozen yogurt kiosk, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of Froyo Artisans, providing guidance, training and support to help them excel in their roles
  • Ensure consistently high standards of food preparation, presentation and hygiene, in line with the company's quality and safety protocols
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering and stocking of supplies, and optimise operational efficiency
  • Foster a positive and customer-centric work environment, encouraging teamwork and a focus on exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with the wider Bravefoods team to implement new initiatives, promotions and menu innovations
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Bravefoods brand within the Glorietta 1 location

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage or retail industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
  • Hands-on experience in food preparation, presentation and quality control
  • Excellent customer service orientation, with a passion for creating memorable experiences
  • Proficient in handling cash and inventory management
  • Knowledge of health, safety and hygiene regulations in the food industry
  • Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
