The Operations Analyst provides comprehensive support for project administration and billing activities, ensuring accurate documentation, timely reporting, and effective coordination across Services Teams. This role also contributes to operational efficiency by identifying process gaps and recommending improvements.

Required Skills:


• Experience in project administration or operations analysis (minimum 1 year)


• Above-average proficiency in Microsoft Excel


• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English


• Ability to learn and navigate SFDC and PPM tools quickly


• Willingness to work night shifts, including Philippine holidays


• Strong analytical, multitasking, and time management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or IT


• Familiarity with statistical and database software


• Exposure to tools such as iCRM, Clarity, Salesforce, and Beeline

A Day In The Life Typically Includes


• Create and manage project structures, including task setup and EAC configuration


• Oversee billing processes and financial reporting for assigned projects


• Following up of Missing Time, Unapproved Time


• Conduct project transaction audits and WIP reviews


• Prepare credit and rebill documentation


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain project compliance and performance
