Job Description
As an HR Data & Support Specialist, you will handle diverse HR requests, maintain accurate documentation, resolve inquiries through research and case management, and support payroll, benefits, compliance, and HRIS functions. Your work ensures smooth, compliant, and high-quality HR operations for global clients.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of HR experience, or 3-5 years of HR experience without a degree
Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of HR federal laws and regulations
- Eagerness to enhance HR knowledge continuously
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in learning and managing complex web-based systems
- Collaborative mindset with strong customer service skills
- High attention to detail and a resourceful, problem-solving attitude
Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite required
- Familiarity with CRM systems preferred
- Experience with Prism or similar HRIS required

Work Environment:

Your Daily Tasks
- Support clients and worksite employees with HR requests, including background checks, drug screens, job title creation, EEO-1 reporting, VETS 4212 reporting, VOE, E-Verify, direct deposit setup, HR invoices, and employee life cycle updates
- Assist with payroll, benefits, HR technologies, workers compensation, unemployment, and additional HR functions
- Respond to basic-to-complex HR questions by researching and documenting information in the case management system
- Complete all assigned requests accurately within SLAs and KPIs
- Maintain strict compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and consult internal teams when needed
- Communicate with client support teams to coordinate updates and activities
- Follow up with clients to confirm completion of requests
- Maintain and assist in HRIS, including time and attendance, labor management, payroll, and onboarding systems
- Compile, prepare, and maintain HR reports and documentation
- Provide advice, guidance, and support to clients on HR-related issues
- Partner with teams to complete complex HR requests, escalations, and projects
Other Duties:
- Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and employment law
- Support the Unemployment team with wage audits, separation notices, and UI-related tasks
- Record all client activities in the CRM
- Provide administrative support to HR operations
- Interact professionally with all internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
