About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Application Developer (Microsoft .NET) who will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and applications that support our business operations. This role requires hands-on experience in building scalable solutions using ASP.NET Core, .NET, and .NET Core, with a strong background in developing RESTful APIs and backend logic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain backend applications using ASP.NET Core, .NET, and .NET Core frameworks.
  • Build and optimize RESTful APIs, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, technical design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including QA, Business Analysts, and UI/UX—to deliver robust technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performing root-cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes.
  • Ensure code quality through peer reviews, proper documentation, and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Support the integration of backend services with front-end or third-party systems.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Maintain clear documentation for technical specifications, workflows, and system processes.

Mandatory Qualifications

  1. ASP.NET Core

  2. Minimum 2 years of hands-on development experience

  3. Must be clearly reflected in the resume (e.g., project involvement, tools, frameworks, responsibilities)

2. .NET & .NET Core

  • At least 3 years of combined experience
  • Deep exposure to specific versions such as .NET Core 3.1, .NET 6, .NET 7, etc.

3. Back-End Project Experience

  • Proven experience developing or maintaining end-to-end backend services or applications
  • Must include experience working with RESTful APIs or similar backend architectures
  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar)
  • Understanding of object-oriented design, microservices, and clean architecture principles
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
