Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in software development.
  3. Proven expertise in .NET MVC framework.
  4. Strong experience in API development using the .NET.
  5. Proficient in working with Oracle database.

SERVICE QUALITY REQUIREMENTS

Performance of outsourced services must demonstrate mastery or at least a thorough understanding of:

  • System Development Life Cycle
  • Agile and Waterfall Development Methodologies
  • System Architecture and Standards
  • Programming and Design
  • Infrastructure

Job Description

  • Manage the delivery of system enhancements, new feature requests, and the implementation of new systems.
  • Perform systems development, including analysis, configuration, and integration.
  • Provide support for UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and ensure that the functionality aligns with business requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation of specifications, process flows, and implementation guidelines.
  • Deliver post-implementation support to ensure smooth system adoption and issue resolution.
  • Conduct research and development to identify process improvements and technology advancements.
  • Offer technical assistance and support to internal teams and end-users.
