Facilities Manager shall be responsible for the managing and delivery of services for multi-locations across Schneider account in Philippines.This role involves managing maintenance, safety, compliance, and budgetary aspects to ensure that all facilities meet organizational standards and provide a safe, functional environment for employees and clients. Key responsibilities are:Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of all facilities within the region, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with company policies and industry standards.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop facility management teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.Budget Management: Develop and oversee the operational budget for the region, ensuring cost-effective management of resources while maintaining high-quality standards.Maintenance Management: Implement and oversee preventative maintenance programs to ensure all facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and training programs.Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external service providers and contractors to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to contracts.Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on facility operations, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives to senior management.Project Management: Lead facility-related projects, including renovations, relocations, and expansions, ensuring Projects are completed on time and within budget.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align facility operations with organizational goals and objectives.
