JOB DESCRIPTION:

Design and Maintenance

  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules for building systems.
  • Design upgrades or modifications to improve facility performance

Project Management

  • Lead facility improvement projects from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Compliance and Safety

  • Ensure facilities meet local, national, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.

Operational Support

  • Monitor utilities usage and recommend efficiency improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues.
  • Implements and monitors Preventive Maintenance schedule.

Documentation and Reporting

Qualifications

  • Knowledgeable in conducting cost estimates for projects
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise, manage, and coordinate personnel such as technicians, utility staff, and contractors.
