About The Role
The HR Operations & Recruitment Coordinator will provide administrative and coordination support across HR and recruitment activities. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about providing excellent support to both candidates and employees.
You'll play a key role in recruitment logistics, onboarding coordination, and maintaining HR processes that keep the People & Culture function running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Recruitment Administration & Coordination
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and recruitment logistics across multiple stakeholders.
- Manage candidate communication, screening schedules, and recruitment documentation.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Assist with reference checks, job postings, and candidate follow-up.
HR Administration & Operations Support
Support HR documentation, filing, templates, and data entry.
- Maintain HR trackers, logs, and employee records.
- Assist in preparing letters, contracts, and standard HR documents.
Provide general HR support such as responding to administrative queries and updating forms.
Onboarding Coordination
Support pre-employment checks, contract issuance, and new starter documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding schedules, welcome packs, system access requests, and onboarding logistics.
Track probation reviews, induction completion, and follow-up items.
General People Team Support
- Assist with initiatives, events, learning admin, and engagement activities.
- Work collaboratively with the Senior HR Operations Specialist and broader People & Culture team.
Competencies And Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, or a similar support role.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, and a proactive working style.
- Experience supporting fast-paced, scaling organizations preferred.
- Experience supporting companies in Australia is a plus.
