SALES ASSISTANT

Main Responsibility:

The Sales Assistant will provide direct support to the Vice President for Sales in executing business

development activities for Interbiz's land services division. The role involves assisting in sales meetings,

generating leads, setting appointments, and coordinating with potential and existing clients. This position is

ideal for a graduate of a Real Estate course seeking to gain hands-on experience in the field of real estate

documentation and land services sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Support

 Assist the VP in preparing for sales meetings, including presentation materials, client profiles, and

proposal drafts.

 Attend sales meetings with the VP to take notes, track follow-up actions, and assist in answering

basic client inquiries.

 Prepare and send sales correspondence, proposals, and follow-up emails.

  1. Lead Generation & Appointment Setting

 Research and identify potential clients in target markets such as renewable energy, real estate

development, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.

 Maintain and update the sales lead database (CRM) with accurate client and prospect

information.

 Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to set appointments for the VP.

 Coordinate meeting schedules and ensure all sales appointments are confirmed.

  1. Administrative & Coordination Tasks

 Prepare weekly reports on lead generation progress, appointments set, and pending client

follow-ups.

 Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and client engagement

campaigns.

 Maintain an organized record of all sales materials, brochures, and contracts.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management or related course.

 Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; internship experience in real estate or sales is an advantage.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

 Basic knowledge of land documentation processes (title transfer, land titling, due diligence) is an

advantage.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

 Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn outreach is a plus.

 Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

 Number of qualified leads generated per month.

 Number of sales appointments successfully set and confirmed.

 Timeliness and accuracy of sales reports and documentation.

 Responsiveness in following up with potential clients.
