Job Qualifications;

  • Candidate must possess College Degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Biology or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year working experience in related field, preferably in Manufacturing/ Production industry with food processing & food packaging exposure as advantage
  • Knowledgeability in: GMP, 5S & HACCP
  • Knowledgeable in computer, MS Office Applications

Working Schedule :

  • Willing to work on shift duty (day shift/night shift)
  • Willing to work or relocate in Navotas, CAMANAVA area
  • Willing to work in six days a week
  • Willing to work in holiday duty if needed be

Duties and Responsibilities;

  • Assures quality consistency of products through stages of production;
  • Audit of quality standard parameters on production line if being followed. Maintains standards by verifying test results and audits comply with food safety regulations and requirements;
  • Knowledge in food safety, Halal, ISO or FDA regulation are advantages.
  • Develops standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with good laboratory practices (GLPs) and good manufacturing practices (GMPs)
  • Monitor certain raw material consistency, ageing and expiry; Daily production sample collection, aging test, water activity
  • Develops regulatory requirements and guidelines in food safety management and control, such as ISO standards and Hazards and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system.
  • Knows in-house laboratory testing of pH, moisture content, viscosity, fineness, texture analysis, total solids & the likes.

Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
