Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update financial documentation, including tracking accounts, resolving inconsistencies, and aiding in financial period-end evaluations.
  • Oversee routine payment processes by logging transactions, processing invoices, and handling receipts.
  • Make necessary revisions to financial data entries to ensure an accurate portrayal of the company's financial condition.
  • Conduct regular checks on financial records to ensure data integrity and adherence to internal financial procedures.
  • Collaborate with departments and outside stakeholders to identify and fix any invoicing or transaction-related issues.
  • Maintain a well-structured archive of financial documents to support audit readiness and internal evaluations.
  • Support budgeting efforts by monitoring spending patterns and supplying relevant financial data for projections and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a comparable field
  • Preferably 1+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
  • Local/International Accounting experience
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with financial systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus
  • Strong analytical abilities and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial documentation and processes
