Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Reporting & Compliance

  2. Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statement) with accuracy and timeliness.

  3. Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities where applicable.

  4. Day-to-Day Accounting Operations

  5. Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, fixed assets, and payroll accounting.

  6. Review journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly closing activities.

  7. Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budget variances.

  8. Internal Controls & Process Optimization

  9. Establish and enhance internal control systems and accounting policies.

  10. Drive automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and data accuracy.
  11. Support management in financial planning, forecasting, and cost control.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA license preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Proficient in financial systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Tableau.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin; proficiency in English is an advantage.
