The primary role ranges from assisting with the preparation of tax documentation, filing, and organizing tax returns.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Gathering and organizing financial documents, including income statements, expenses records, and receipts.
  • Inputting data into tax preparation software or spreadsheets.
  • Calculating taxable income, deductions, and credits.
  • Assisting in the preparation of various tax forms.
  • Conducting research on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Communicating with clients/suppliers to gather necessary information and answer basic tax related questions.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and data security of clients' financial information.
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks related to tax preparation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in BS Business Administration major in Accountancy or Management course.
  • Certified Public Accountant license is not required but is preferred
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Excel and other MS Office
  • Detail-oriented and organize
  • Willing to extend working hours if needed.
  • Amenable to work in Makati City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
