About our Client:

Our client specialises in providing OHS services to a wide range of industries. Our client can help your organisation reduce the financial and personal cost of workplace injuries through their unique expertise in your sector. They have specialist consultants who can assist their customers with all aspects of WHS/OHS, they specialise in specific sectors such as construction, manufacturing, retail, warehousing, hospitality, clubs, health and community. We can guide you through auditing, risk assessments, training, policies and procedures. Their WHS courses can be delivered at the convenience of your premises or simply join our public courses.

Short Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Customer Admin Support professional to assist in managing customer communications, handling administrative processes, and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients. This role is essential in supporting our consultants and ensuring that our WHS/OHS services and training programs are delivered efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Manage bookings for WHS/OHS training courses, including confirmations and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM and other administrative systems.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and other client documentation.
  • Support consultants by scheduling meetings, organising materials, and following up on client needs.
  • Handle invoicing, payments, and basic financial record-keeping.
  • Coordinate logistics for on-site and public training events
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in administrative support, customer service, or a related role (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
  • Professional and friendly manner with a customer-first mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in WHS/OHS, compliance, or training industry (advantage but not essential).
  • Knowledge of event coordination and scheduling tools.
  • Basic understanding of invoicing and payment processing.
