JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for managing maritime accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with national and international standards, and supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and manage maritime accreditation and certification processes.
  • Prepare and submit required documentation to regulatory and accrediting bodies.
  • Conduct internal audits and monitor compliance with maritime standards (e.g., IMO, ISO, Flag State requirements).
  • Liaise with external authorities, surveyors, and certification agencies.
  • Support staff training on accreditation and compliance procedures.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Nautical Science, Marine Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in maritime compliance, quality, or accreditation roles.
  • Knowledge of maritime regulations, standards, and audits.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong regulatory knowledge
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
