Posh Skin Co., under Centaur Marketing, is one of the fastest-growing skincare brands in the Philippines — fun, effective, and made for the next generation. We are expanding our e-commerce team and seeking a highly organized and data-driven Marketplace Manager to lead and optimize our presence across key online marketplaces.

Position Overview

The Marketplace Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our online stores on TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify. This role will drive sales growth, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across all platforms.

The ideal candidate is analytical, experienced in e-commerce management, and highly collaborative — able to coordinate effectively with internal teams to execute high-performing sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify.
  • Develop and implement traffic generation, conversion optimization, and sales strategies for each platform.
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer behavior, platform insights, and campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and digital ads team to plan and execute cross-platform campaigns and promotions.
  • Ensure all online stores comply with the guidelines, policies, and best practices of each marketplace.
  • Oversee inventory management and order fulfillment, working closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage customer communications: respond to inquiries, address reviews, and implement feedback mechanisms to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed about marketplace algorithm updates, competitor strategies, and emerging e-commerce trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify stores, with a strong track record of driving revenue and growth.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce operations, online sales strategies, and marketplace algorithms.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools and interpreting data to inform business decisions.
  • Experience in inventory management and order fulfillment coordination.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Setup

  • Full onsite, 5 days per week at our office in Legazpi Village, Makati.
