JOB SUMMARY -Responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing financial products and services that meet the needs of CARD MRI's target market, primarily focusing on the underserved and rural communities. This role involves conducting market research, collaborating with CARD MRI institutions, and ensuring that products align with the organization's mission and strategic objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1.   Product Design and Development:

·       Develop and design new financial products and services tailored to the needs of CARD MRI's target market.

·       Enhance existing products based on feedback and market trends to ensure they remain competitive and effective.

2.   Market Research and Analysis:

·       Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and market gaps.

·       Analyze market trends, competitive products, and regulatory requirements.

3.   Cross-functional Collaboration:

·       Work closely with the marketing, operations, finance, and IT departments to ensure seamless product development and implementation.

·       Coordinate with branch offices and field staff to gather insights and feedback for product improvement.

4.   Pilot Testing and Evaluation:

·       Plan and execute pilot tests for new products, including developing test plans, monitoring progress, and evaluating outcomes.

·       Analyze pilot test results and make necessary adjustments before full-scale launch.

5.   Product Launch and Rollout:

·       Develop comprehensive product launch plans, including marketing strategies, training programs for staff, and customer education materials.

·       Coordinate with relevant institution/s and support units  to ensure successful product rollout and adoption.

6.   Monitoring and Reporting:

·       Monitor the performance of new and existing products, including customer satisfaction, sales metrics, and financial performance.

·       Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on product performance and development progress.

7.   Regulatory Compliance:

·       Ensure all products comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

·       Stay updated on changes in regulations and adjust products accordingly.

8.   Innovation and Improvement:

·       Promote a culture of innovation within the organization by staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

·       Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices in product development.

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing or any related discipline.

· to 5 years related experience.

·       Strong understanding of financial products and services and other related products particularly those aimed at underserved markets.

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·       Proficiency in using product development and project management tools.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

·       Commitment to CARD MRI's mission and values.
