Job Summary:

The Irrigation Supervisor ensures timely and efficient water and nutrient delivery to greenhouse crops. This role oversees daily irrigation operations, system maintenance, and fertigation schedules to support healthy plant growth and high yields.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain greenhouse irrigation systems
  • Adjust schedules based on crop needs and conditions
  • Oversee fertigation and nutrient delivery
  • Troubleshoot and repair irrigation components
  • Coordinate with Crop Manager for crop-specific requirements
  • Lead and train the irrigation team
  • Ensure accurate logs and safety compliance

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field preferred
  • 3–5 years experience in greenhouse or hydroponic irrigation
  • 1–2 years in a supervisory role
  • Skilled in modern irrigation and fertigation systems
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php35,000.00 per month
