About the role

Kornet Express, Inc. is seeking an experienced Export Air Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As an Export Air Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless and efficient movement of goods for our clients. What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate the export of various goods via air freight, ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipments
  • Liaise with airlines, customs brokers, and other logistics partners to monitor shipment status and address any issues that may arise
  • Prepare and verify all necessary documentation, including airway bills, invoices, and customs declarations
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and respond to inquiries
  • Assist in the analysis of data and the implementation of process improvements to enhance overall efficiency
  • Collaborate with the wider logistics team to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to freight forwarding

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar export air freight coordination role, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry
  • Strong knowledge of air freight operations, customs regulations, and documentation requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Familiarity with relevant software and technology used in the logistics industry
