This internship provides valuable exposure to different HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and training. Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support

  • Assist in sourcing candidates and preparing job postings
  • Help review applications, schedule interviews, and coordinate with applicants

Onboarding

  • Support new hire orientations and employee welcome activities
  • Prepare onboarding materials and documentation

Employee Engagement

  • Help organize events and activities to promote collaboration and workplace culture
  • Assist in wellness and employee satisfaction initiatives

HR Administration

  • Maintain HR records and update employee databases
  • Assist in preparing reports and other HR documents

Training & Development

  • Help coordinate training programs and track attendance
  • Collect feedback to support continuous improvement of training activities

Special Projects

  • Participate in HR initiatives that enhance employee experience
  • Bring creativity and fresh ideas to ongoing projects

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related course
  • Preferably in the final year of study
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Team-oriented, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
