Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations to ensure timely, cost efficient and accurate movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
  • Overall SPOC for delivery concerns
  • Handling order discrepancies, delays or transport issues up to resolution.
  • Driving reporting of logistics KPIs (on time delivery)

Qualifications:

  • Experience in logistics operations (inbound – outbound)
  • Strong communication, reporting  and negotiation skills
  • Expert in MS office, ERP / WMS – Sap and Oracle)
  • Can work under pressure and multiple priorities.
