Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Analyst to support our Sales Team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to grow in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The successful candidate will assist in analyzing sales data, generating reports, and providing insights that help drive business decisions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing sales data from various sources.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Support the sales team with data-driven insights to improve forecasting and target achievement.
  • Monitor key sales metrics and identify trends, variances, and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
  • Help maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any related field.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • This role is under a third-party manpower agency.
  • Deployment will be onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
