The Sales Information Analyst role involves gathering and analyzing sales data to identify market trends, provide actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making. You'll collaborate with various teams to optimize sales performance and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Generate reports and insights to support market trend forecasting and strategy development.
- Monitor sales KPIs and performance.
- Provide recommendations to optimize sales and improve business outcomes.
- Create and maintain sales dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to drive data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering (Industrial), Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
- Preferably candidates with at least 1 - 2 years of experience in sales, retail, general sales, or a related field.
- Strong skills in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with sales management tools or CRM systems is a plus.
