About the role
As a Medical Representative at Noble Pharma Inc', you will play a crucial role in promoting the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in the Manila City Metro Manila area. What you'll be doing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists, to effectively market Noble Pharma's product portfolio
- Educate healthcare professionals on the features, benefits, and proper usage of Noble Pharma's products
- Gather and report valuable market intelligence, including competitor activities, customer feedback, and emerging trends
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement targeted promotional campaigns and strategies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
- Participate in training sessions and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest product information and industry developments
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a medical or pharmaceutical sales representative, preferably in the Manila City Metro Manila area
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including the roles and responsibilities of various healthcare professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and achieving KPIs
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences, pharmacy, or business
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- A passion for healthcare and a commitment to improving patient outcomes
