Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor’s degree holder
✨With at least 1 year of experience in HR, Admin, or General Affairs is an advantage
✨Willing to work onsite in Technopark, Laguna
✨Amenable to attend face to face interview (One Day Hiring Process)
✨Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
✨ Manage daily office and facility operations
✨Assist HR related functions such as recruitment and employee documentation
✨Coordinate maintenance and repairs of plant and office areas
✨Handle procurement of supplies, PPE, and general services
✨Manage vendors, contracts, and service providers
✨Oversee security, access control, and visitor management
✨Supervise janitorial, waste disposal, and utility services
✨Support HR with employee services (IDs, lockers, uniforms)
✨Coordinate company events and administrative logistics
✨Assist with permits, government compliance, and documentation
✨Manage mail, deliveries, and company vehicle scheduling
✨Support safety activities, emergency preparedness, and housekeeping standards
