About the role

Sodexo On-Site Services Philippines, Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team in Balibago, Sta. Rosa, Laguna. As a full-time HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This critical role ensures the efficient and reliable operation of our clients' facilities.

What you'll be doing

Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, ductwork, and controls Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment, and carry out necessary repairs in a timely manner Install new HVAC equipment and components as per project requirements Maintain accurate records of all HVAC-related maintenance and repair activities Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment Collaborate with other team members to coordinate HVAC-related tasks and projects

What we're looking for

Completion of an HVAC technician or similar technical training programme Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems Strong knowledge of HVAC system components, diagnostics, and troubleshooting techniques Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations related to HVAC systems Proficient in the use of HVAC tools, equipment, and test instruments Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Good communication and customer service skills
