POSITION SUMMARY:General experience in Facilities Engineer role within the global Facilities organization in precision power. Responsible for supply manufacturing factories serving semiconductor, industrial, and medical systems. Key duties include managing facilities operations and addressing critical building concerns.

This position reports directly to a Senior Facilities Engineer as part of the Global Real Estate & Facilities team. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Review and analyze daily operations reports, providing actions to prevent potential risks related to facilities utility systems. Provide technical expertise on utility systems focusing on efficiency, reliability, and maintainability.

Review daily activities and programs related to facilities equipment such as Generators, Switchgears, UPS, HVAC, CDA, Fire Protection, and Exhaust Systems for operation and maintenance. Identify and implement cost-saving programs aligned with departmental goals. Ensure optimal operational condition of all equipment and utilities through preventive and corrective maintenance to prevent operational disruptions.

Lead maintenance projects from initiation to completion, ensuring technical soundness, quality workmanship, and adherence to objectives. Supervise preventive and planned maintenance to minimize costs and failure risks.Recommend and implement continuous quality improvement practices. Ensure efficient utilization of equipment, machinery, and utilities to maximize assets and capital.

Define and document repair and maintenance scope of work. Effectively utilize emergency handling and communication tools, keeping them updated. Review and update all facilities policies and procedures.

Lead operations and maintenance shifts, manage RFP processes, and support seamless operational engagement. WORK ENVIRONMENT:Operate in a standard office environment using typical office equipment. Participate in facilities meetings and contribute to the improvement of utility systems.

Monitor operations at the Laguna plant. Respond to emergency facility-related situations promptly. SKILLS:Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral, with leadership capabilities.

Strong knowledge of building maintenance, mechanical and electrical operations, technical services, and construction projects. Familiarity with relevant regulations and building codes. Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS; knowledge of building management systems is a plus.

Project management skills. Analytical skills for engineering calculations, troubleshooting, and design. QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's or College Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Preferably 5 to 8 years of experience as a facilities engineer in industrial operations. Must hold a Professional License (Board/License Exam pass). Experience leading facilities teams, including third-party technicians, janitorial, security, and contractors.
