Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize our warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Managing day-to-day warehouse activities, leading the warehouse team, and implementing process improvements to support overall operational goals.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatching.
  • Lead and supervise warehouse staff, managing performance, delegating tasks, and providing team development opportunities.
  • Implement and maintain compliance with warehouse safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and optimize warehouse workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and audits, ensuring shipment accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Lead warehouse improvement projects, including process enhancements, system upgrades, and efficiency initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align warehouse activities with production and delivery schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;
  • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
  • Experience with WMS and inventory control processes.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve warehouse efficiency and manage improvement projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
