Job description:

MACRO DISTRIBUTORS INC. is currently looking for an Internal Auditor to be part of our growing team. We are looking for someone who has the ability to conduct audits, evaluate adherence to rules and regulations, and find areas for improvement to offer independent, unbiased assurance on a business's risk management, governance, and internal control procedures.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Audits Sellers, Delivery Crew, and Warehouse Personnel
  • Reviews and analyzes collection report against validated deposit slips traced to company's bank account.
  • Aging of accounts receivable
  • Reconciliation of actual physical inventory against book
  • Conducts physical inventory of accountable forms to see to it no extractions had been made from the unused forms.
  • Conducts thorough investigation and detailed audit report in case of panel accident, theft, fraud or embezzlement of funds.
  • Initiates filing of complaint, act as principal witness and represents the company in court litigation and hearing.
  • Submits necessary audit report and recommends operating improvement that might help management in making sound decisions.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Accounting, Accounting or any related field.
  • With at least 6 months of experience as Internal Auditor.
  • OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATES
  • Excellent attention to detail to review large amounts of data and numbers
  • Good critical-thinking skills to gather all of the available data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets.
