Job Description Lead or was part of a team-leading a Portfolio or Project Agile transformation 

External Role Title: Agile Delivery Lead

Internal Role Title: Strategy Execution Partner

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Lead or was part of a team-leading a Portfolio or Project Agile transformation 

  • Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least three years for software and non-software Agile team.

  • Experience handling multiple Agile teams in various contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc.)

  • Experience in handling multiple Agile Teams and guiding Leadership, Scaled Agile roles for at least three years for software or non-software development team

  • Experience in facilitating Agile Scaled Events

LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE

  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency

  • Knowledge of numerous well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Agile  approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)

  • The ability to distinguish between what "is Agile" what is "not Agile"

  • Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the organization

  • Knowledge and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games

EDUCATION

  • College Graduate (i.e. BS IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering)

  • Experience in Scrum Master role is preferred
