Job Description The Talent Operations Lead ensures seamless execution of talent-related programs, focusing on learning delivery and onboarding operations. The role provides operational excellence, ensuring that employees experience smooth transitions into the organization and effective learning opportunities throughout their journey.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning Delivery
Oversee the planning, logistics, and execution of corporate training programs.
Ensure smooth facilitator support, learner communications, and post-training follow-ups.
Monitor training data and provide insights to improve program impact.
Onboarding
Design and implement operational processes that support a consistent new hire experience.
Manage onboarding schedules, content, and coordination across stakeholders.
Track onboarding metrics (engagement, time-to-productivity) to drive continuous improvement.
Talent Operations
Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for learning and onboarding.
Partner with HRBPs, Talent Development, and People Experience teams to align processes.
Leverage technology (LMS, HR systems) to streamline operations and reporting.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external requirements in all programs.
Strong organizational and program management skills.
Knowledge of HR operations, onboarding best practices, and learning delivery.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Data-driven mindset with process improvement capability.
