Job Description:

  1. Assists in handling the FRS related data and handling thru the operating system.

  2. Prepare reports for the Management use:

  3. Quick production report

  4. Final Production Report per Distribution Channel and with Renewal of Collection
  5. Subsequent FYP
  6. Monthly Financial Statements
  7. Variable Expense Analysis
  8. General and Administrative Expense
  9. Schedule of Premium Renewal
  10. Monthly Consolidated Income Statement
  11. Branch P&L per location
  12. P&L per production

  13. Quarterly FS report with analysis to be submitted to STI

  14. Prepare accounting entries to record the increase (decrease) of valuation from Actuarial.

  15. Coordinate with other Departments of any concerns regarding account analysis preparation.

  16. Work with external auditors and preparation of various schedules.

  17. Assists in preparation of reports for submission of SEC, BIR, and IC with coordination with SGV and submission of reports to government and other agencies.

  18. Attends to inquiries both internal and external auditors on matter pertaining to the other accounting issues.

  19. Monitors the reconciliation of GL vs SL by account owners on a monthly basis.

  20. Prepares LOI for the reimbursement of Insurance paid to Insurer in DBO IMA account.

  21. Ensures proper filing, safekeeping and maintenance of all books of accounts and other accounting records.

  22. Operates Windows software for all reports and memos needed.

  23. Other tasks assigned by Department Head and Division Head.

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of BS Accountancy (Preferably Certified Public Accountant)

  2. At least two (2) years experience in Financial Reporting

  3. Knowledgeable of any Accounting Software & MS Office Applications

  4. Must be able to communicate in oral and written forms

  5. Demonstrate ability to complete assigned tasks on time.

  6. With analytical skills.

  7. Keen to details.
