What you'll be doing

  1. Diagnose and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network equipment
  2. Perform preventative maintenance on technical systems to minimise downtime
  3. Provide on-site and remote technical support to users, answering queries and guiding them through solutions
  4. Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and infrastructure upgrades
  5. Maintain detailed records of all technical work performed and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance your expertise

What we're looking for

  1. technician or in a similar technical role
  2. Strong understanding of hardware, software, and network systems
  3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
  4. Exceptional communication skills to explain technical concepts to users with varying levels of expertise
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  6. Relevant technical certifications or qualifications are highly desirable
