Job Summary

We are looking for highly driven and customer-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our in-house team supporting an Australian financial account. You will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information about financial products and services, and resolve account-related concerns while ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails from Australian customers regarding their banking, loans, credit cards, investments, and other financial products.
  • Assist clients with account inquiries, billing concerns, payment processing, and transaction verification.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about financial products, policies, and services while maintaining strict confidentiality of customer data.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions while ensuring compliance with Australian financial regulations and company policies.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments or higher-level support when necessary.
  • Log all customer interactions and resolutions accurately into the company's CRM system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality assurance scores, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of BPO experience handling an Australian financial account preferred, but other financial account experience will be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of basic financial products and services is an advantage.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive customer information responsibly.
  • Willingness to work on a dayshift schedule aligned with Australian time zones.

  • Familiarity with Australian banking processes and financial compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and financial systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive customer experience.
