About the role

3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC' is seeking a talented and experienced Content Moderation specialist to join our team in our Pasig City office. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our platform's content, while contributing to the overall success of our growing marketing and communications initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Reviewing user-generated content and identifying any potentially inappropriate, harmful or policy-violating material
  2. Applying established content moderation guidelines and policies to make timely and consistent decisions on content removal or retention
  3. Providing detailed feedback and recommendations to improve content moderation processes and policies
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex content issues and escalate as needed
  5. Maintaining accurate records and reporting on content moderation activities
  6. Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with evolving industry trends and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. 2-3 years of experience in content moderation, community management or a similar role
  2. Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to apply sound judgement
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise feedback
  4. Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  5. Knowledge of social media platforms, online communities and emerging digital trends
  6. Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations and industry guidelines related to content moderation
  7. Fluency in English and Filipino
