About the role

This full-time Content Moderator position at AGVILL RESOURCES INC' in Pasig City Metro Manila is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining the integrity and safety of the company's online platforms. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content and ensuring it adheres to the company's policies and guidelines.

What you'll be doing

  1. Carefully reviewing user-generated content such as comments, images, and videos to identify any potentially harmful, inappropriate, or policy-violating material
  2. Taking appropriate action, such as removing or flagging content, to maintain a safe and positive online environment for users
  3. Providing detailed reports and feedback to help improve the company's content moderation processes
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and refine content moderation policies and guidelines
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content moderation

What we're looking for

  1. Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly and accurately assess the appropriateness of online content
  2. Excellent communication and customer service skills to handle sensitive situations with tact and empathy
  3. Familiarity with common social media platforms and online communities
  4. Experience in a customer service or content moderation role, preferably in a call centre or similar environment
  5. Proficiency in English and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
