Job Description:

We are looking for a Content Moderator / Account Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team in Bridgetowne, Pasig. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content and providing excellent support related to account concerns, ensuring compliance with platform policies and community standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, moderate, and evaluate user-generated content to ensure it meets company guidelines and policies
  • Handle account-related inquiries via chat, email, or ticketing systems
  • Identify and escalate sensitive or high-risk content when necessary
  • Maintain accurate documentation of actions taken and customer interactions
  • Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy targets
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

  • At Associate Graduate or College Graduate
  • At least 3 Months Customer facing working experience
  • With or without BPO/customer service experience
  • Strong English communication and comprehension skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive or graphic content professionally
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms
  • Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Pasig
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
