What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera
  2. Identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts or delays
  3. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team
  4. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to optimise workflow and resource allocation
  5. Implement and maintain robust change management processes
  6. Assist in the preparation of progress reports and presentations
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning and scheduling practices

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1-5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer or similar role in the construction industry
  2. Strong proficiency in project planning and scheduling software, such as Primavera
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve scheduling challenges
  4. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across multiple projects
  6. Familiarity with construction industry regulations, standards, and best practices
  7. Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
