About the Role

Join as a Paraplanner of a dynamic financial planning team where you'll prepare and maintain Xplan templates, assist with SMSF and insurance planning, and help implement advice to ensure accuracy and compliance. You'll collaborate directly with advisors to deliver exceptional client results and maintain the highest professional standards.

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)
  • Proven experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar financial planning support role.
  • Experience with Xplan software preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of SMSFs and superannuation products.
  • Proficiency in insurance planning; training and support available.
  • Experience or willingness to learn the Lifetime Super product and processes.
  • Compliance knowledge and experience in the financial planning sector.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing financial documents.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Employee work setup will be dependent on the client's discretion
Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain Xplan templates and financial planning documentation.
  • Support the implementation of advice for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance. (Ideal but not essential)
  • Assist with Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) advice and administration.
  • Provide support in insurance and superannuation planning, including Lifetime Super, with guidance from BDMs as required.
  • Collaborate with advisors to ensure high-quality client outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulatory standards and company policies.
