Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Duty Manager located in Mabalacat. The Duty Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, addressing guest concerns, and maintaining service standards. Duties will include supervising staff, coordinating with different departments, handling emergencies, overseeing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring the overall efficiency and smooth operation of the hotel.
