Overall Purpose:

Ensures all check payments to suppliers are accurately and promptly processed.  All transactions are properly recorded to be able to project cash flow properly

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Check invoices processed by Accounting to ensure completeness of document and accuracy.

  2. Perform monthly bank reconciliation

  3. Print daily processed checks

  4. Attach checks to supporting documents

  5. Organize and file the documents systematically for easy retrieval and audit reference.

  6. Go to authorize signatories for check signing

  7. Prepare an AR upon receiving checks from customers.

  8. Monitor liquidations from stores to ensure timely and accurate expense reporting.

  9. Deposit checks to bank

  10. Other functions that may be assigned by Senior Officer
