Are you a numbers expert with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for solving complex tax matters? Join our team as a
Senior Tax Officer
and play a key role in ensuring tax compliance, planning, and advisory across the organization.

Our client is the largest electric distribution utility in the Philippines, delivering power to millions of customers while also expanding into power generation, renewable energy, and innovative energy solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage tax audits, assessments, refunds, and internal tax health checks.
  • Act as liaison with tax authorities and external consultants.
  • Develop and implement tax-saving strategies, incentives, and compliance measures.
  • Analyze income, expenses, and taxable income to optimize tax positions.
  • Maintain and update the company's tax manual and transfer pricing policy.
  • Provide tax advisory support on transactions and ensure compliance with new issuances.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5-10 years of experience
  • Certified Public Accountant
  • Experience in accounting system (SAP and Netsuite)
  • Extensive knowledge on taxes and statutory reporting requirements
  • Up to date on BIR issuances and Court rulings
  • Ability to work under pressure and can adapt to changing paces in tax reporting requirements
  • Keen to details
  • With advanced excel skills
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City
