Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Finance:
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Support payroll processing and monitor accounts for discrepancies.
- Prepare and organize financial documents for tax and audit compliance.
Administrative Support:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Handle scheduling, meeting arrangements, and general office coordination.
- Ensure filing systems (digital and physical) are organized and updated.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
HR Support:
- Help with onboarding new employees — preparing documents, setting up accounts, and ensuring a smooth start.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR data is accurate and confidential.
- Support basic HR tasks like timesheet tracking, leave monitoring, and company events coordination.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Fresh graduates or 1 year of experience in admin, bookkeeping, or HR work — bonus points if you've done a bit of everything
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) — knowledge of accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
